Members of the news media are welcome to contact our Public Relations Office with any inquiries at pr@newportaquarium.com
All members of the news media requesting interview and/or on-site filming access at Newport Aquarium must contact our Public Relations department in advance of their arrival. Members of the news media must be escorted by an Newport Aquarium team member at all times while on property.
Tripods can be accommodated in some areas of the Aquarium with advance permission. For the health and well-being of our animals, flash and heavy lighting are not allowed in certain areas of the aquarium. Please discuss your lighting and flash needs with our Public Relations department before your visit.
Working members of the news media with positions as on-air talent, producers, writers or editors may request up to two complimentary tickets to experience Newport Aquarium as a guest. Please submit your requests by completing this form at least five working days in advance of your visit. Due to limited capacities, we cannot guarantee complimentary tickets. You will receive a confirmation email if we are able to fulfill your request. On your date of visit, please bring media credentials.
