GET TICKETS NOWIMPORTANT - RIVERFEST PARKING RATES – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1
Guests visiting Newport Aquarium and parking in the Newport on the Levee garage on Sunday September 1 - Be sure to get your parking ticket validated as you enter the Aquarium to receive a parking discount. This validation provides a special parking rate of $5 but your vehicle must exit the parking garage by 5:45pm before the street closures begin. Guests leaving the parking garage after 5:45pm or who do not pick up their validation upon aquarium entry will pay the Newport on the Levee Garage’s event parking rate of $25.
After you visit Newport Aquarium, stay for the annual Riverfest fireworks show! Public viewing for Riverfest is available along the banks of the Ohio River at Newport’s Riverboat Row and at Newport on the Levee. Fireworks by the famous Rozzi family begins at 9pm. Plan ahead and be prepared so you can make the most of your visit!
Staggered closings for roads, bridges and interstate ramps adjacent to Newport on the Levee will begin as early as 8:00am per the Newport Police Department.
The Newport Police Department has provided a list of prohibited items, regulations and recommendations to keep Riverfest a safe, family environment.
