How To Access Your Account

Current Annual Passholder

To create a new account, visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page. Use the button below or the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page. Easily link all of your family's Annual Passes to your account with the id on your physical pass card. You'll also the phone number associated with each pass to link the pass.

 

New Annual Pass Purchaser

If you are purchasing an Annual Pass for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account during the purchase process.

 

Already Set Up My Account

If you’ve already created your online account, you can visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page to access your account. Use the button below or the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to sign in to your account.

How Can I Access My Digital Annual Pass?

After linking, purchasing or renewing your Pass, accessing your Digital Annual Pass is simple! You can find your Annual Pass ID and barcode for easy scanning at entry during your next visit within your online account.

 

Use the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to log in to your account. On your ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page, select each Pass to expand and see details. From there you can select VIEW to access your Digital Annual Pass.

 

If that doesn't reveal your Digital Annual Pass and you have recently renewed or purchased that Pass, you can access it within your order HISTORY. Select your most recent order. Then you can scroll down to retrieve your Digital Annual Pass.

 

Do I Need To Create An Account For Each Passholder In My Family?

You only need to create one account for your household. Creating additional accounts for individual family members is optional. Choose one Annual Pass as the primary Pass for your family and create an account. Then, link all the remaining Annual Passes in your family to that primary account. You will need the Pass ID and the phone number associated with each Pass.

 

Annual Passes can be linked to multiple accounts. For example, if both parents in the family would like to create their own accounts. Each child, including the other parent, can be linked to their account. That means either parent can now log in to their individual account and make reservations for the family for their next Aquarium visit!

 

How To Link Annual Passes

Link all the Passes in your family to your account for easy access to benefits, enhancements and quick renewal.  To link a Pass, visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page by using the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to sign in to your account. Once you have logged in to your online account, scroll down to the PASSES section and select the +ADD PASS option. You'll also need the phone number associated with each pass to link the pass.
