You'll will explore hidden treasures of the Aquarium and visit with unique animals from around the world before camping out among amazing sea life.

What should I bring to my Overnight Adventure?
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping mat/pad (no air mattress or cots permitted)
- Clothing (pajamas, sweatshirt, slippers, etc.)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)

- Money for the gift shop
- Comfortable shoes (you will be on your feet a lot for tours)
What should I leave at home?

Can I host a private overnight?
You certainly can! We host private overnights for groups of 20 or more on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings, groups of 50 or more on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and groups of 100 or more on Friday and Saturday evenings. Dates are first come first served and based off of availability. If your group is not large enough to host a private overnight, we recommend you joining one of our open overnights throughout the year where there is no minimum when booking!
What is the cost?
The cost is $54.99/camper and $45.99/annual pass holder.

Where do I sleep?
You will sleep in one of the aquarium's many exhibits. Sleeping locations are assigned the night of your visit.

What do I need to do in order to reserve my spot?
To reserve a spot in one of our open overnights, tickets can be purchased directly from the Newport Aquarium website, using the 'Buy Now' button on this page.
For a private date, please fill out the attached registration form with a non-refundable 25% deposit. Final payment and final guest count is due 30 days prior to the event.
What time does it start and what time does it end?
The overnight starts with check-in at 7:30pm and ends the following morning at 9:00am.
** Please arrive 15 minutes prior to check-in **
Bedtime is normally around 11:30pm.
Where do I park?
Overnight Adventure Program Guests will park in the Newport on the Levee Parking Garage. Please note that there is a small fee for the garage.
You will take the elevator up to level 1 and head to your left for the Newport Aquarium Main Entrance.
Is dinner provided?
We provide a snack in the evening and a light breakfast in the morning, so we do recommend you eating dinner prior to check-in at 7:30pm.
Is there an age requirement?
All participants must be at least 6 years old. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
There is no maximum age limit, so adults and parents are welcome to join!
What is the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at the time your reservation is made.
Newport Aquarium reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. If your event is cancelled, you will be informed by phone as soon as possible and a full refund will be made within 30 days. No refunds will be issued unless Newport Aquarium cancels the program.
Any group that does not show up for their event will be billed for the full cost of the event.
Are adults allowed to stay with their children?
All groups must have at least one adult with them for the duration of ny overnight. We recommend at least one adult for every 10 children under 18 years old.
