In addition to the eight tanks of odd fish featured in this gallery, see these animals close up in our Touch Pool. Feel a Horseshoe Crab, tickle a Whelk or pat a real live Sea Star. Be sure to catch a wave at the surge zone - a tropical Pacific shore with actual waves! And if you're lucky enough, you might just see a rescued baby loggerhead sea turtle temporarily displayed in one of the exhibits. The Newport Aquarium helps rehabilitate baby sea turtles until they can be release back into the ocean.
