Is the Aquarium offering any coupons or discounts?
Pre-purchased discount tickets are available at Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Kroger stores. Pre-booked groups of 10 or more also are eligible for special, discounted pricing.

What credit cards are accepted at the aquarium?
Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Are wheelchairs available? At what cost?
The Newport Aquarium is pleased to offer to all its guests, at no charge, the use of a facility wheelchair during your visit. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Can we bring our strollers?
Strollers are welcome all day through most of the fall and winter hours. Click here to check the calendar and see which dates are stroller-friendly all day.

Can we bring our own food into the Aquarium?
For the protection of our animals, food cannot be brought into the Aquarium. During your visit you will be passing open air tanks and drinks and food that you may enjoy can be harmful to our animal residents.

After our visit to Newport Aquarium, what else is there to see and do nearby?
Newport Aquarium is located only two minutes from downtown Cincinnati at Newport on the Levee.  Newport on the Levee features a year-round schedule of festivals, special events, live bands and a variety of restaurants, entertainment and shopping venues.  Also at Newport on the Levee is Ride the Ducks. Ride the Ducks offers the area’s most unique city tour.  Drive on city streets and then splash into the Ohio River - all in the same vehicle - for a great view of Newport, Covington and downtown Cincinnati.
