Is the aquarium offering any coupons or discounts?
Pre-purchased discount tickets are available at Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Kroger stores. Pre-booked groups of 10 or more also are eligible for special, discounted pricing.

What credit cards are accepted at the aquarium?
Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Are wheelchairs available? At what cost?
The Newport Aquarium is pleased to offer to all its guests, at no charge, the use of a facility wheelchair during your visit. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.  Click here for more information.

Can we bring our strollers?
Strollers are welcome all day every day through the fall and winter hours.  Click here for more information.

Can we bring our own food into the Aquarium?
For the protection of our animals, food cannot be brought into the Aquarium. During your visit you will be passing open air tanks and drinks and food that you may enjoy can be harmful to our animal residents.
