Timed Ticketing Policy

Occasionally, during our peak visiting times, building occupancy reaches capacity. For the safety of our guests, and to make our guest experience more enjoyable, we find it necessary to institute what we call "Timed Ticketing." This policy helps to make the experience less crowded and more enjoyable for everyone. When Timed Ticketing is in effect, you will be informed of a specific time printed on your ticket. You will be admitted in the aquarium at that time, or anytime afterward. This policy allows you the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding Newport on the Levee entertainment complex, instead of waiting in a long line for entry to the aquarium after you have purchased your tickets.
