REEF ROOM PACKAGE

The NEW Reef Room event space is the perfect place to celebrate and is just steps away from Stingray Hideaway and all the aquarium animals you love!

Shower Package — $599 (up to 20 guests)*

Package Includes:

Admission to Newport Aquarium for up to 20 people*
2-hour exclusive access to The Reef Room
Four (4) large pizzas (choice of cheese or pepperoni)
Unlimited lemonade & water
Service ware including plates, cups, napkins & utensils
Access to play photo slideshow on digital screens in The Reef Room
On-site event coordinator
Special gift from Newport Aquarium

*Add more guests for $30 per person – or $20 if guest is an Annual Passholder or Annual Member.

Payment Requirements: $150 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Final guaranteed guest count and payment is due 1 week prior to the shower. No refunds if guest count drops below final guaranteed count. Additional guests cannot be added day-of shower.

Annual Passholders: If shower guests are Newport Aquarium Annual Passholders, they do not require the purchase of an admission ticket. Passholder identification number must be provided to Event Coordinator with final guaranteed guest count 1 week prior to shower.

Shower Times: Time slot choices are 10am-12pm; 1pm-3pm; 4pm-6pm and are based on availability.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included – 6% KY sales tax will be applied to the shower package including additional admission tickets and add-ons.

All shower packages including additional admission tickets and add-ons are non-refundable.

Outside Food & Beverage:
One cake is permitted to be brought in from outside Newport Aquarium. Additional food and beverage can be purchased through Newport Aquarium Catering

Decorations:
Shower decorations are permitted. Decorations must be placed on tabletops only and nothing is permitted to adhere to the walls or to be hung from the ceiling. Balloons are not permitted in Newport Aquarium or in the Reef Room.
